Bump Envy

A couple of weeks ago, my friend told me that she had bump envy. At first I thought this was so odd, especially since this pregnancy hasn't been what I would call enjoyable (not that I have anything to compare it to); but although my feet are enormous, my fingers like sausages, and not being able to move, I can see now why she may feel envious. You see my baby is constantly on the move. I can almost always feel a knee or foot or him rolling around. Which makes me wonder-- what is he doing in there? Sometimes I like to think that we're playing a little game when I poke him and he pokes back. Although I can't wait to feel like "myself" again, I just might miss him rolling around and making me laugh.
