Just Trucking!

Hey all! I just wanted to post a little note to give an update on our adventure across the country.
We left early on Tuesday morning and drove 950 miles to Omaha, NE. I really liked the country and Wyoming really wasn't too bad. On Wednesday, we got up and made it into Chicago to stay with Eric's Aunt Sally! We absolutely love her--not just because she's giving us a comfy place to stay. She has the most beautiful house. I love it here. We venture off into the city tomorrow to sight see.
I'll keep you all posted when I can. I don't have the cable to plug in my camera, so I'll post those when I can. I'll also post my research on getting good gas mileage. So far, I've found that by going approximately 8 mph less, we get 6 more miles to the gallon. There are obviously other factors that have to be accounted for, but it's worth it for me to go a little slower.
My family has been asking a lot about gas prices, so I'll tell everyone about it. Throughout Wyoming, it was only a few cents cheaper than Bountiful. We paid $3.99, but in Nebraska... the cheapest we paid is $3.49. Their super unleaded is actually cheaper than the regular unleaded because it has 10% ethanol in it.
Anyways-- we hope you all are doing really well.
